Slime!
Kindergarten students got the chance to participate in a Slime making measurement/observations activity in the past few days. A huge thank you goes out to fearless parent volunteers who stepped up and survived the activities!
If you are interested in making Slime at home, please find the recipe below our photos.

1 teaspoon borax

directions:
step 1: in bowl 1 – mix together the cold water, glue, and food coloring. set aside.

step 2: in bowl 2 – mix together the hot water and borax, until the borax is completely dissolved.

step 3: slowly add glue mixture to borax mixture. mix well. pour off excess water.

Outdoor Classroom!
The weather is finally looking better and we're looking to take our learning outside to our outdoor classroom whenever we can! Please make sure your child has a sun hat and a light jacket on hand in their backpacks for outdoor learning opportunities.

Big Buddy Activities!

Our Big Buddies are continuing to help us work on our Under the Sea Bulletin Board. Drop by to "sea" our art next time you visit the school. (Terrible joke, I'm sorry) :)
